Refund and Cancellation Policy

At YG Services USA LLC, we strive to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of digital marketing and educational services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Digital Marketing Services

For services including, but not limited to, SEO, Web Design, and Social Media Management:

• Initial Deposits: Any initial deposit or “set-up fee” is non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Service Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client will be billed for the hours or milestones completed.

• Unsatisfactory Results: While we guarantee professional effort, digital marketing results depend on external algorithms. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on specific performance metrics (e.g., specific Google rankings).

2. Online Solutions

For our digital services and solutions:

• Access-Based Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and deliverables, once access to the platform or technical solutions has been granted, we generally do not offer refunds.

• Exceptional Cases: If a technical error on our part prevents access to the service or solution, and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued.

For our digital services and solutions:

• Access-Based Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and deliverables, once access to the platform or technical solutions has been granted, we generally do not offer refunds.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services: For monthly management plans, clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Project-Based Services: Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@ygservicesusa.com.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method (Stripe).

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
